(A) Any subdivision that lies outside the corporation limits of the Village of Anna but is connected to any of the village’s utilities, must install all utilities to meet these regulations and the Village of Anna Design Criteria and Construction Standards and Drawings.
(B) If a subdivision is connected to any one of the Village of Anna utilities, the residents of that subdivision, at the time annexation is determined to be possible by the village, must not oppose annexation. A statement to this effect must be included with each property deed and recorded in the office of the Shelby County Recorder.
