(A) The subdivider shall install public sanitary sewers in the street right-of-way or an easement adjacent thereto to adequately serve all lots, including lateral connections to the public system. Public sewer system extensions shall meet the requirements of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency and conform with the standards and specifications of the Village of Anna Design Criteria and Construction Standards and Drawings.
(B) No individual septic systems or combined sanitary and storm sewers shall be allowed.
