§ 152.123 STREET AND WALKWAY LIGHTING.
   The subdivider is responsible for all equipment, labor and materials for trenching, backfilling and conduit, where necessary for all street lights to be installed. The developer will pay for the street lights. The lights shall be located at each street intersection within the subdivision. Street and walkway lighting (DP&L standard street light) shall be installed at a distance of no more than 250 feet apart. New subdivision street (walkway) lighting, trenching and backfilling shall be performed by the subdivider with all associated wiring underground. The subdivider shall place the layout of street lighting on the construction plans for village review and approval.
