The subdivider shall prepare and submit six copies of the preliminary plat of the proposed subdivision and the construction plans along with a completed preliminary plat checklist with remarks to the Zoning Administrator.
(A) The preliminary plat shall be considered officially filed on the day it is received and properly noted and shall be so dated.
(B) The preliminary plat shall not be considered properly submitted until all applicable fees are paid by the developer (see § 152.148, Schedule of Fees).
(C) All plats and plans are provided to the Zoning Administrator.
(D) The subdivider shall provide a copy of the preliminary plat to the local utility companies.
