(A) The arrangement, character, width and location of all arterial and collector thoroughfares or extensions thereof shall conform with the requirements of the Village of Anna Comprehensive Development Plan.
(B) Lack of a Comprehensive Development Plan or thoroughfares not contained in the aforementioned plan shall conform to the recommendations of the Planning Commission based upon these regulations.
(C) In addition, no final plat shall be approved if in conflict with an existing zoning regulation.
