The Planning Commission shall require a quorum of three members at all of its meetings and the concurring vote of three members shall be necessary to effect any order. Meetings of the Planning Commission shall be held at the call of the Chairperson or two other members and at other times as it may be necessary. The Planning Commission shall act by resolution or motion and shall keep minutes of its proceedings showing the vote of each member upon each question or if absent or failing to vote. The minutes shall indicate each item considered by the Planning Commission and the section of these regulations which the Planning Commission has considered in approving or disapproving any petition or other matter brought before the Planning Commission. The Planning Commission shall keep records of its examinations and other official actions, all of which shall be immediately filed in the office of the Village of Anna and shall be a public record.
