(A) Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Building numbers. The penalty for failing to properly obtain an address from the village administration office or to display an address in a manner other than as set forth in §§ 150.45 et seq., shall constitute a misdemeanor, the fine of which shall not exceed $25 and that each day that violation of §§ 150.45 et seq. remains in effect shall be deemed a separate offense as set forth in §§ 150.45 et seq.
