(A) For-profit corporations and/or organizations must apply for and obtain a permit from the village before using any of the village’s parks and/or park facilities for any activities, and/or any purposes.
(B) For-profit corporations and/or organizations must pay a $100 per diem charge under a park user agreement to be supplied by the village.
(C) It shall be unlawful for any for-profit corporation and/or organization having to use the park in any way without first having obtained a permit from the village, signed the village's park user agreement, and having paid the $100 dollar per diem fee, to the village in advance.
