§ 150.30 OHIO RESIDENTIAL CODE FOR ONE, TWO AND THREE FAMILY DWELLINGS.
   The Ohio Residential Code for One, Two and Three Family Dwellings published by the Ohio Building Officials Association in 1999 and its subsequent amendments is hereby adopted effective December 1, 2003.
