§ 35.01 PURPOSE.

To provide funds for the purposes of construction, maintaining and acquiring of capital improvements and for general municipal operations in the Village of Anna, Ohio, and there shall be and hereby is levied a tax on salaries, wages, commissions and other compensation and on net profits as hereinafter provided.
