§ 40.22 INCOME TAX FUND.
   (A)   That there be and hereby is created an Income Tax Fund for the purpose of depositing proceeds received by way of the village income tax.
   (B)   The Clerk of this Council be and hereby is authorized to transfer funds from this Income Tax Fund to the various funds in accordance with the village income tax.
