(A) There shall be and is hereby established the Village of Anna Enforcement and Education Fund which is to be administered, in all respects, according to the procedures, rules and regulations for a special revenue fund.
(B) This special revenue fund shall be funded through portions of fines imposed which are paid by offenders of R.C. § 4511.19 and where the Village of Anna Police Department was primarily responsible for the arrest of the offender.
(C) The Village of Anna Enforcement and Education Fund is established pursuant to R.C. § 4511.99.
(D) The Fiscal Officer is respectfully directed to take all steps necessary for the establishment of the fund.
