(A) There shall be and is hereby established a Cash Fund for the exclusive use by the Mayor and Clerk of Mayor’s Court in the conduct of Mayor’s Court.
(B) The fund is hereby established in the amount of $100 and the fund should be maintained at no greater amount than the established amount, as funds are used from time to time.
(C) The funds to establish the Mayor’s Court Cash Fund shall be transferred from the Village of Anna General Fund.
