(A) The Council of the Village of Anna has determined to establish the Endowment Fund to accept the contribution from Honda in the amount of $250,000 for the purpose of enhancing the quality of life of the residents of the village.
(B) The Council of the village hereby establishes the Endowment Fund in accordance with the Articles of Association.
(C) The Council of the village has determined to place the management of the Endowment Fund with the Troy Foundation.
(D) The Council of the village hereby authorizes the placement of the Endowment Fund with the Troy Foundation to be managed and administered in accordance with the Articles of Association.
