(A) The Council has applied for and received a grant from the Ohio Department of Natural Resources which provides for funding in the amount of $7,729 for a Recycling and Litter Prevention Grant.
(B) The Council has determined it necessary to establish a Recycling Grant Fund into which the grant proceeds shall be deposited and from which all costs of the project, direct and indirect, shall be paid.
