§ 40.15 MAYOR’S COURT COMPUTER FUND.
   (A)   There shall be, and there is hereby, established a special fund which shall be named the Mayor’s Court Computer Fund.
   (B)   All receipts from an additional assessed cost on all citations and summonses as permitted by law shall be deposited into the Mayor’s Court Computer Fund.
   (C)   The revenues collected and deposited in the Mayor’s Court Computer Fund may be used for the purchase, acquisition, maintenance, and update of hardware, software, training, supplies, furniture, services, contracts, support contracts, service contracts, additional telephone lines, modems, and any other equipment necessary for the efficient use of a computer and computer equipment by the Village Mayor’s Court.
   (D)   The Fiscal Officer of the Village is directed to obtain the approval from the Auditor of the State of Ohio, as required by R.C. § 5705.12, in connection with the establishment and implementation of the Mayor’s Court Computer Fund and collection of monies therefore.
