(A) Annual compensation for full-time employees who have served more than six months during the calendar year shall be increased by the amount of $150.
(B) Annual compensation for full-time employees who have served six months or less during the calendar year shall be increased by the amount of $75.
(C) Annual compensation for part-time employees who have served more than six months during the calendar year shall be increased by the amount of $75.
(D) Annual compensation for part-time employees who have served six months or less during the calendar year shall be increased by the amount of $37.50.
(E) The compensation adjustment is payable on the first pay period of December.
(F) This section shall be in effect at the earliest period allowed by law and for 2016 only, shall be paid retroactively in accordance with division (E).
