The Countywide Natural Hazards Mitigation Plan as prepared by the Shelby County Emergency Management Agency, and approved by the Shelby County Commissioners, copies of which are on file in the office of the Fiscal Officer, is adopted and incorporated as part of this code of ordinances as fully as if set out at length herein.
