§ 38.03 CENTRAL PURCHASING POLICY.

The Village Administrator shall handle, on a centralized basis, purchase for all offices, departments, divisions, boards, and commissions of the village and shall make contracts, purchase supplies or materials, and provide for any work of the village in the manner provided by R.C. § 731.141.
