(A) The Board shall be chaired by a Council member, to be appointed by Council, who shall serve such term as designated by the Council.
(B) Residency shall be limited to the Anna School District boundaries.
(C) Three persons shall be appointed by the Mayor, with two serving terms that end January 31, 2019 and one serving a term that ends January 31, 2020.
(D) Two persons shall be appointed by the Council, with one term ending January 31, 2019, and one serving a term that ends January 31, 2020.
(E) Thereafter, terms shall be for two years.
