(A) The Fire Chief shall make a written report to the Council of the Village of Anna, Ohio, once each year and the report shall be submitted to Council between January 1 and January 15 of each year. The report shall cover matters such as the condition of the Fire Department, its equipment, fire hazards and other matters he or she deems necessary.
(B) The Fire Chief shall further submit to the Village Fiscal Officer a written report of any fire call to his or her Department within two to seven days from the date of the call. The Village Fiscal Officer, when applicable, shall submit on behalf of the Fire Department, an invoice to any and all insurance companies having coverage for the fire loss and Fire Department’s services.
