§ 34.01 ORGANIZATION OF FIRE DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   The Fire Chief shall be head of the Fire Department of the Village of Anna, Ohio.
   (B)   The Department shall organize its members for the transaction of the business and matters as may come before it from time to time, in the following manner.
      (1)   The Fire Chief shall appoint his or her secretary, captains, and lieutenants.
      (2)   In the event of a new Chief taking office, the new Chief shall have the right to reorganize the Fire Department should he or she deem it necessary for effective operations.
      (3)   The minimum age of a member of the Fire Department shall be 18 years of age.
