(A) In accordance with R.C. § 733.85, there is hereby created the appointed office of Income Tax Administrator, effective the first day of June, 2015.
(B) The Income Tax Administrator shall have those powers, duties, and function provided by the general law of the State of Ohio.
(C) In addition, the Income Tax Administrator shall have the duties, functions, and responsibilities as set forth in the “Position Description” attached to Ordinance No. 1675-15 as Appendix A, which is hereby adopted by reference as part of this section.
(D) The Income Tax Administrator will perform duties on a permanent part-time hourly basis and the wage shall be $15 to $25 per hour and shall be payable in accordance with the regular employee pay schedule of the village.
(E) The Income Tax Administrator position is considered permanent part-time and is eligible to vacation pay as determined in the Human Resource Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual of the village.
