§ 33.040 APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS.

There is hereby created within the Village of Anna Police Department an auxiliary police unit, the members of which shall be screened and recommended by the Safety Committee, approved by Council and appointed by the Mayor, subject to any general rules prescribed by Council pursuant to R.C. § 737.161 and § 33.045.
