§ 113.17 MANNER OF GIVING NOTICES.
   Whenever, by the terms of this chapter or any franchise agreement, the village is required to give notice to the company, the notice shall be given in writing addressed to the company’s designated manager and delivered to the principal office of the company in the village. Whenever the company is required to give notice to the village, the notice shall be given in writing and addressed to the Village Fiscal Officer and delivered to the administration office during ordinary business hours.
