§ 33.008 BENEFITS.
   (A)   Vacation. Vacation shall be earned as follows:
 
After one year of service
one week vacation (5 days)
After three years of service
two weeks vacation (10 days)
After five years of service
three weeks vacation (15 days)
After fifteen years of service
four weeks vacation (20 days)
 
   (B)   Sick time. For each 80 hours of work, a full-time employee is to be credited with 3.07 hours of sick leave per pay period with a maximum of 80 hours per year. Sick leave can be used for absence due to personal illness, pregnancy, injury, exposure to contagious diseases which can be passed on to others, and to illness, injury, or death in the immediate family. Unused sick time is to be cumulative without limit. Upon retirement or termination, earned but unused sick leave shall be paid to the full-time employee in an amount of not less than 1/4 of the value of the unused sick leave up to a maximum of 30 days pay.
   (C)   Personal time. Full time employee shall be allowed three personal days per year.
   (D)   Holidays. Full time employees shall be granted seven paid holidays per year.
   (E)   Insurance .
      (1)   The village shall carry health and life insurance on full time employees at no charge to the employee.
      (2)   The village shall carry health insurance on employee dependents providing the employee pays 20% of the cost of the coverage; the remaining 80% to be paid by the village.
   (F)   Uniforms. The village shall provide uniforms for the employees covered by this subchapter.
