(A) (1) Any company franchised hereunder shall have the authority to promulgate the rules, regulations, terms and conditions governing the conduct of its business as shall be reasonably necessary to enable the company to exercise its rights and perform its obligations under this chapter and to assure an uninterrupted service to each and all of its customers.
(2) Provided, however, that the rules, regulations, terms and conditions shall not be in conflict with the provisions hereof or of laws of the State of Ohio, or any federal law or regulation.
(3) Provided also, that the rules shall specifically cover delinquency and discontinuance of service.
(B) Copies of all the rules, rate schedules, and other charges shall be made available to the public at the company’s office in the Village of Anna and also the village administration office in Anna.
