§ 112.08 EXCEPTIONS.
   The prohibitions contained in this chapter shall not apply to persons delivering newspapers, or to any duly authorized solicitor soliciting the purchase of goods, wares, merchandise or gifts on behalf of any recognized educational, civic, religious or charitable organization.
