§ 112.03 RULES GOVERNING APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE.
   In order for solicitors to conduct commercial activity in the village, they shall obtain a registration certificate from the Village Administrator upon completion of an application, proof of identification and payment of a $100 registration fee. If the Village Administrator reasonably believes that the safety of village residents may be compromised, the Village Administrator can decline to issue the registration certificate.
