§ 110.03 ESTABLISHMENT AND CLASSIFICATION OF REGULATED BUSINESSES.
   (A)   Adult uses shall be established only in zoning districts where they are primarily permitted.
   (B)   A sexually oriented business lawfully operating as a conforming use is not rendered nonconforming by the subsequent location of a protected use within 1,000 feet of the sexually oriented business unless its permit and/or license has expired or been revoked.
