§ 97.61 ZONING PERMIT APPLICATION.
   Any sidewalk construction must comply with the following steps:
   (A)   The property owner shall apply for a sidewalk permit filed along with drawings and permit fee to the Village Administrator. Permit must be approved prior to construction.
   (B)   Sidewalks shall be constructed in accordance with the specifications authorized by the village.
