§ 97.57 SIDEWALKS REQUIRED WITH NEW CONSTRUCTION.

The installation of sidewalks and driveway aprons shall be required with the construction of all new residential and commercial buildings. The subdivider, developer or owner of land shall provide and pay the entire cost of constructing sidewalks and driveway aprons.
