(A) Inoperative motor vehicles or motor vehicle parts. Whoever violates the provisions of §§ 92.01 et seq. is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for the first offense and shall not be fined more than $100. Whoever violates the provisions of §§ 92.01 et seq. twice within one year is guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor and shall not be fined more than $250 and/or incarcerated for a period not to exceed 30 days.

(B) Excessive noise. Whoever violates §§ 92.15 et seq. shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined a sum not to exceed $100.
