(A) The Shelter House Reservation Policy, a copy of which is available at the village office, shall be and is hereby adopted.
(B) In connection with the reservation of the shelter house, the village shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, handicap, religion, age or sex and that the reservation in the shelter house and use of the park are subject to the non-discrimination of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, being U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq., Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, being 20 U.S.C. §§ 1681 - 1688, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, being 29 U.S.C. §§ 701 et seq., and other similar worded federal statutes and the regulations issued pursuant thereto.
