(A) The Village of Anna desires to be a member of and participate in the activities of the Shelby County Emergency Management Agency.
(B) That Resolution No. 90-122 which the Shelby County Board of Commissioners passed on March 8, 1990 shall be and is hereby adopted in its entirety.
(C) The Fiscal Officer of the Village of Anna is hereby authorized and directed to do all things which are necessary for the Village of Anna to be a member and participant in the Shelby County Emergency Management Agency, including but not limited to paying from the village treasury the funding contribution which is required of the Village of Anna in order to participate in this most worthy and necessary organization.
