(A) The Council shall hear and decide appeals when it is alleged that there in an error in any requirement, decision or determination made by the Village Administrator in the enforcement or administration of this subchapter.
(B) Appeals shall be made in writing to the Council President not less than 30 days prior to the next regular scheduled council meeting at which this matter would be heard as a regular agenda item.
