(A) The Engineer shall be paid a salary as shall be determined by the Village Council from time to time, payable quarterly.
(B) This salary shall cover the normal duties of office.
(C) Unusual or extraordinary services shall be, with Council’s approval, reimbursed in addition at the rate set forth for these services.
