§ 31.061 SALARY.
   (A)   The compensation of the Solicitor shall be $3,600 per annum, payable monthly.
   (B)   The compensation shall cover the normal duties of the office of Solicitor, which includes attending one regular monthly Council meeting and at least two additional meetings at the request of the Mayor, Council, and/or Village Administrator.
   (C)   Excluded are extraordinary services, including but not limited to, drafting and preparation of ordinances and resolutions, appearances on behalf of the village, drafting and preparing of special legislative enactments, preparation of ballot issues for the village, preparations of bond issues and renewals, matters associated with the village income tax and wastewater treatment plant, zoning and annexation issues. Such extraordinary matters shall be by prior approval of Council. The solicitor or his or her assistants shall be paid in addition for extraordinary matters at a rate of $115 per hour.
