§ 31.002 POWERS AND DUTIES.
   The Village Administrator shall have those powers, duties and functions as provided by the laws of the State of Ohio, including, but not limited to, those powers and duties expressly set forth in R.C. §§ 735.273, 731.141 and 735.31.
