§ 96.10 OTHER BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES.
   (A)   The village is authorized to regulate other buildings or structures and the sanitary condition thereof. The municipality may provide for the inspection of buildings or other structures and for the removal or repair of dangerous, unsecure, unsafe, or structurally defective buildings or other structures.
   (B)   The term DANGEROUS BUILDING is hereby defined to mean and include:
      (1)   Any building, shed, fence or other man-made structure which is dangerous to the public health because of its condition, and which may cause or aid in the spread of disease, or cause injury of the health if its occupants or the occupants of neighboring structures;
      (2)   Any building, shed, fence or other man-made structure which, because of faulty construction, age, lack of proper repair or any other cause, is especially liable to fire and constitutes or creates a fire hazard;
      (3)   Any building, shed, fence or other man-made structure which, because of faulty construction or any other cause, is liable to cause injury or damage by collapsing or by a collapse or fall of any part of such structure; and
      (4)   Any building, shed, fence or other man-made structure; and its condition because of lack of doors or windows, is available to and frequented by malefactors or disorderly persons who are not lawful occupants of such structure.
   (C)   Any such dangerous building in the village is hereby declared to be a nuisance.
