(A) The surcharge rate for sewer customers outside the village limits shall be set at 50% for each above the utility rates, starting January 1, 2012.
(B) The surcharge will not affect those customers who currently receive services outside the corporation limits. They will be grandfathered in and will retain the 30% surcharge rates as long as they are the owners of the current properties.
(C) Any future owners of current outside user properties will be charged the amended rate of 50%.
