(A) The Fiscal Officer, Assistant Fiscal Officer, or the Village Administrator (authorized signatory) shall be authorized to sign all drafts and checks issued by the village in payment of its obligations and shall be authorized to sign all certificates of deposit issued to the village, and shall be granted signatory power and access to all safety deposit boxes rented by the village.
(B) Checks and drafts issued in payment of the obligations of the village shall be valid and effective if signed by one authorized signatory.
(C) The signature of one of the authorized signatories shall be required to sign an agreement to purchase and to cause the issuance to the village of a certificate of deposit.
(D) The signature of one of the authorized signatories shall be required for the authorized signatory or authorized signatories to obtain access to a safe deposit box rented by the village.
