§ 52.30 RULES AND REGULATIONS ESTABLISHED.

(A) The Board of Public Affairs of the Village of Anna shall establish rules and regulations to govern the application of the backflow prevention program.

(B) The rules and regulations of the Cross-Connection/Backflow Prevention Program are hereby adopted and incorporated as part of this code of ordinances as fully as if set out at length herein
