§ 52.08 ESTABLISHMENT OF FLOW METER REQUIREMENTS.

Any industrial account user discharging sewage flows estimated in excess of 5,000 gallons per day (average) shall be required to provide a flow meter, approved by the Board, to record the sewage discharge flows.
