(A) The standard strength sewage shall be defined as that sewage containing not more than 200 mg/l of B.O.D.5 and 240 mg/l of (S.S.).
(B) If sewage strength is in excess of the standard strength as defined in this section, the account user shall pay a surcharge in the following amounts.
