§ 51.31 WATER AND SEWER DEPOSIT RETURN POLICY.
   (A)   Due to the cost and time involved in issuing a check, water and sewer deposit returns of $2 or less shall not be made.
   (B)   The deposits, which are not refunded, shall be applied equally to the water fund and wastewater fund.
