§ 50.23 AUTHORITY OF VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR.

The Village Administrator is hereby authorized to make rules and regulations for the administration of the village refuse removal service and to provide a schedule for the weekly collection and removal of refuse and bulk waste within the village.
