(A) The village will establish new utility rates as set forth as the minimum base rate:

This base rate includes the first 2,000 gallons and $3.36 for water and $6.130 for sewer for every 1,000 gallons thereafter. The per gallon rate will increase by 3% annually.
Minimum base rates will be prorated according to water meter size.

The utility rates shall increase each subsequent year beginning on January 1, 2015 by 3%.
The existing rates in this division (A) are hereby frozen at present [2020] levels for calendar year 2021, pending further study.

(B) Rates and fees to be charged for water and sewer services:

(1) The fees pertaining to the sewer tap fee or if due to a sewer utility connection fee will be deposited 100% into the Sewer Fund.
(2) All other fees will be deposited 100% into the Water Fund.
