29.03 REMOVAL; VACANCIES.

Members of the Commission may be removed for cause by the appointing authority upon written charges after public hearing. Vacancies shall be filled for the unexpired term of any member whose office becomes vacant in the same manner in which said member was selected.

29.04 RULES AND REGULATIONS.

The Commission shall adopt such rules and regulations governing its organization and procedure as may be necessary for the orderly conduct of its meetings.

29.05 POWERS OF THE COMMISSION.

The Airport Zoning Commission shall have and possess the power to recommend to the Council, from time to time as conditions require, adoption of and amendments, supplements, changes or modifications to airport zoning regulations, and further shall possess such other powers as may be incidental to the powers vested in it, pursuant to Chapter 329 of the Iowa Code.
