The Mayor’s Youth Council must:
1. Have a quorum in order to conduct business. A majority of the total number of members will constitute a quorum. Without a quorum, no business will be transacted and no official action on any matter will take place.
2. Post agendas of all Youth Council meetings publicly at least two days in advance of each meeting.
3. Coordinate all activities with the Youth Council advisor and the Mayor.
